Rules and conditions for using GetFairways.

By accessing or using GetFairways ("the Service"), operated at getfairways.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
GetFairways is operated by GetFairways ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your use of the platform, including all features, content, and services provided through the website and application.
GetFairways is a web-based golf tournament management platform that provides tools for tournament creation, player registration, online payment collection, live scoring, leaderboards, flight pairings, RSVP, and print-ready outputs. The Service is designed for golf club administrators, league organizers, and tournament directors.
To use certain features of GetFairways, you must create an account. You agree to:

GetFairways offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be prompted to subscribe to continue using the Service.
The annual subscription is $599 per year, billed annually. It includes unlimited tournaments, unlimited players, all features, and priority support. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page — your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
The single tournament pass is $99, a one-time payment for full access to all features for one tournament. Access expires when the tournament is marked as complete by the administrator.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal. We will notify subscribers of price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. GetFairways does not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment instrument data. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
When tournament administrators collect entry fees through GetFairways, those payments go directly to the administrator's connected Stripe account. GetFairways charges no platform fee on player payments. Stripe's standard processing fees apply (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page by clicking "Manage / Cancel subscription," which directs you to the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation:

You retain ownership of all tournament data, player data, and content you create within GetFairways. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
You grant GetFairways a limited license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), Row Level Security on all database tables, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
GetFairways integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email). Your use of these services through GetFairways is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The GetFairways name, logo, website design, and software are the intellectual property of GetFairways. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetFairways shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to GetFairways in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Golf scoring calculations, handicap computations, and leaderboard rankings are provided as tools and should be verified by the tournament administrator.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetFairways, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, the Service, or our interests. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
